I want to shout to the world: "I LOVE STUDY BREAKS!"
My husband's study breaks, specifically.
If you were to take a look through our big living room window during one of Pete's little study breaks, you might see us inside doing jumping jacks or maybe making dinner together. You might even see us cheering and laughing as we shoot hoops with loaded diapers into the garbage can across the room. Or we might be standing in the kitchen, eating Nutella with winnie-the-pooh animal crackers, discussing my discovery that Eeyore is perfectly curved for smoothly scraping the last bit of nutella from the once heaping spoon.
Oh the simple joys in life :)

Some of the things you mentioned made me think of my roommates back at the Y. One of our breaks is the simple task of picking up our mail. Tonight we try the dragon fruit!
