The kind of friends you want to keep forever...

are those that are focused on what really matters

Those that are still your friends after high school...despite the drama and dumb things you did.

Those that stay up late with you, writing in journals and sharing past entries.

Those who exchange homemade Christmas gifts.

Those who care enough to send you texts like this:

"Hey steph! how are ya? Just thinking about ya.
Hope u and your hubby are doing well!"

"I've just been thinking about you today.
how are you feeling? how's that belly? how's that pete?"

"Dear steph. I miss you. You are so great. Have a super day. love whit"

Those who will share an entire carton of ice cream with you, a Sunday walk, or a babysitting job.

Those you can sing really loud in front of.

Those who will go on crazy adventures with you.

Those who still call after you're married.

Those who write letters whether thousands of miles away, or just down the street.

Those who can tell when you've been crying, but instead of asking questions, simply ask if they can help.

Those you've not only shared lots of good days with, but bad days as well (like running-over-your-pet-dog together types of days).

Those who really know you, really well. And like you anyway.
